More of a tech thing

Hello people who listen...

Just wanted to ask for people who know a tech question i am struggling with mixing my tracks and would like a more warmer feel, bit more polished, for me my mixes sound unbalanced and rough sounding, is it equipment am using or is it down to the actual mixing of the tracks?

If anyone who reads this out there could help out it would be very cool as some nice pointers would be very welcome right now!

Or even still if anyone would like to mix the tracks then that would be cool too...
